The default menu shortcuts:

Letters and digits jump to the next item starting with them. The open
menu handles all of these itself, before anything underneath sees
them; pass a changed keymap with DropdownMenu::keymap. A closed
menu claims none of them. Action::Open has no default chord
because a menu usually belongs to one button; bind one when a menu
deserves an app-wide shortcut.
