Range of error codes that are considered warnings: the whole 21xx band.
IB’s published table stops at 2169, but the gateway keeps adding codes above it (2176, the fractional-share size-rule warning; 2187, generic ticks unavailable on delayed-data fallback), and a ceiling of 2169 turned each new one into a hard error that failed in-flight one-shots and ended subscriptions.
