Note: A disassembly note. The NoteId is fixed at creation; edits change content, tags, fields, and links only.
NoteAddressIndex: Maps address ranges to note IDs within one address space.
NoteDb: Note storage and indexes sharing one ID namespace.
NoteGlobalIndex: Maps dotted global paths to note IDs.
NoteId: A lexicographically sortable note identifier (fixed-width base32, 26 chars).
NotePath: A dotted global path (a.b.c) into the shared note namespace.
Notes: All notes keyed by opaque ID.
