Closes a prepared statement on the server.

ยงErrors

  • Returns Error (connection) if the connection mutex is poisoned.
  • Returns Error (server) if the server reports an ErrorResponse during Close/Sync.
  • Returns Error (I/O) / Error (closed) on wire-protocol I/O failure.
