Function parse_bool_env

pub fn parse_bool_env(name: &str) -> Option<bool>
Expand description

Parse a boolean-ish environment variable into Some(true)/Some(false), or None when it is unset or holds an unrecognized value. Accepts, case- and whitespace-insensitively, 1/true/yes/on and 0/false/no/off.

Used by the HYGG_OCR / HYGG_TTS runtime toggles: a None here means “not overridden”, so the caller falls back to the saved config and, finally, to the compiled-in feature default (cfg!(feature = "ocr" | "tts")).
