Find the canonical address and bump without panicking on invalid seeds.
Returns InvalidSeeds for 16 or more base seeds, a seed over 32 bytes,
or an exhausted bump search. The bump occupies one of the 16 seed slots.
Uses Hopper’s native hashing and curve checks on chain and on the host,
with no heap allocation.
