Expand description

Land a PreparedImport in db: step 5 of the module note. The audit sink must be ready; the record is written BEFORE the floor moves and before the set goes live, and a record that cannot be written undoes what was staged. The bytes are held to the digests the record names, and the advisory set is not parsed here.
