Runs a ViewDefinition with remote resolve() enabled.

When config is active, references pointing at trusted (allowlisted) servers are fetched up-front and folded into the resolution pool before the (synchronous) row generation runs. When inactive, this behaves exactly like run_view_definition_with_options. Remote resolution applies to the (non-streaming) Bundle path only.
