Parse a JSON value into a [helios_fhir::FhirResource] for the given FHIR version.

Used for streaming/chunked processing where raw JSON must be converted to typed resources for FHIRPath evaluation. It is the stable entry point callers use to build the external resources passed to PreparedViewDefinition::process_chunk_with_external — e.g. the compartment filter, the remote-resolve() prefetch, and the persistence layer’s storage-backed resolve() prefetch. Wraps the private [parse_json_to_fhir_resource].
