The command line this process was started with, parsed through command.
Cli::parse and Cli::try_parse build their own tree out of the derive
alone, which carries the grammar and none of the words. A binary that parsed
through one tree and printed help out of another would answer --help from
a command nothing had described, which is the state this returned before the
words were put on it. One entry point is what keeps the two the same tree.
