Parent process: respawn current_exe with child_args until forever.
On Windows this detaches from any console (so closing a terminal cannot kill the node) and spawns each child with CREATE_NO_WINDOW|DETACHED_PROCESS. Interactive CLI subcommands (m4a-adopt, plugin, …) never enter this path.
