CreateClusterReqNodePool
CreateClusterReqNodePool : NodePool is the ONE pool the cluster is born with — a cluster with no nodes runs nothing, so it is not optional. More pools are added afterwards through POST /v1/visor/clusters/:clusterId/pools.
