Every environment variable this server accepts from a client.
An allowlist, checked by env_request. LD_PRELOAD, PATH, GIT_DIR and
everything else a client might try is refused with a channel failure, the
same answer this server gave to all environment requests before
ENV_GIT_PROTOCOL was needed. Nothing here is ever executed, exported to
a process or consulted by the grant check; gunnar has no shell and spawns
nothing, so the only reason an accepted name exists is that the wire reads
it.
