pub fn runtime() -> Result<Runtime>Expand description
The runtime gunnar serve runs the git listener on.
Built here rather than with #[tokio::main] so a client-only build links no
async runtime at all, and built with an explicit
GIT_BLOCKING_THREADS so the number that used to be the server’s
accidental concurrency ceiling is now written down somewhere.
