Record one functional-status row for the nornir test matrix.
Wraps nornir_testmatrix::functional_status behind the testmatrix
feature — a compiled-out #[inline] no-op otherwise, with no nornir edge in
a release appliance. The appliance rollup
(edda/crates/nornir-testmatrix/src/appliance.rs) folds rows whose
component is "<product>-appliance" (host form) or
"<product>-appliance/<form>", so the ONE string gunnar’s host form spells
is "gunnar-appliance". Same shim as holger server/cli/src/main.rs:1095.
