pub const COMPACTION_ACTOR: &str = "gunnar:compaction";Expand description
The actor recorded on the snapshot row a compaction writes.
It is not a ref move, and a reflog reader must be able to tell the two apart:
a snapshot row has a null old_oid and a null old_symref for a ref that
certainly had a previous value.
