The whole --version banner, in the richest form this terminal
supports.
Returns Cow::Borrowed — the compile-time string, zero allocation
and zero formatting work — for every invocation whose stdout is not a
24-bit-colour terminal. Only an interactive colour terminal pays to
render the logo, so piping, CI and the startup benchmark never do.
