Extract the gpgsig (or gpgsig-sha256) header value and the signed
payload from a raw commit object.
Returns (payload, signature) where payload is the commit object with the
gpgsig header removed (the bytes that were actually signed), and
signature is the de-indented armored signature. Returns None when the
object carries no signature header.
