Like write_commit_log_patch for many commits (avoids re-reading parent commits).

With LogPatchCommitHeader::Full a blank line separates consecutive commits, as in git log -p; LogPatchCommitHeader::FormatPercentH writes none, as in git log -p --format=%H.

Errors

Propagates ODB read, tree diff, and I/O errors.
