Load worktree bytes for diffing, optionally skipping reads above core.bigFileThreshold.

Returns empty super::structured::SideBytes with binary = true when the file is not read. When force_read_content is true, large files are read and binary payload bytes are retained (for GIT binary patch / git apply).

Errors

Returns I/O errors from the worktree path or Error from filter conversion.
