Load ODB blob bytes for diffing, skipping inflation when over core.bigFileThreshold.

Returns empty SideBytes with binary = true when content is not read. When force_read_content is true, large blobs are inflated and binary payload bytes are retained (for GIT binary patch / git apply).

Errors

Propagates object database and config errors.
