Module project_portable 

Deterministic, bounded portable project-generation envelopes.

The envelope is intentionally not an archive of the live project layout. It contains one resolved immutable generation, its canonical capability and participant inventory, and participant bytes. Locks, journals, attempts, trash, caches, leases, manifests, and CURRENT are never enumerated.
