Crate graphforge_provenance 

Immutable GraphForge provenance events and UUID-referenced lineage.

This crate is the semantic owner of the M20 provenance capability. It owns record validation, closed value registries, canonical bytes and identities, deterministic ordering, and authoritative Arrow schemas. It does not open project files or depend on graph execution/storage crates.
