Evaluate a JavaScript expression in a browser tab on origin (e.g. https://mart.grab.com) and return its JSON value. Promises are awaited.

Reuses an existing tab whose URL starts with origin; otherwise opens open_url in a new background tab (left open so later calls reuse it). It never navigates or evaluates in any other tab. Used to mint page-bound tokens such as GrabMart’s reCAPTCHA v3 token; callers must not log the returned value when it is a credential.
