Creates a background of diagonal stripes in color, over transparency.

width is the width of each stripe and interval is the gap between stripes, both in logical pixels. Both are stored in steps of 1/255 pixel and packed into one f32. The packing is exact only for widths up to about 1px and intervals up to 257px. Larger values lose precision or overflow into the width.
