Module adapt

Module adapt

Source
Expand description

Runtime-neutral composition over host-supplied capabilities.

Targets and authentication remain host-owned. Adapters perform explicit operations and retain their concrete return-mapping state.

Modules§

compact
embeddings
Explicit embedding split/batch calls over one selected upstream target.
files
Explicit selected-target file operations; no routing or implicit retry.
generate
Concrete generation edges over host-selected upstreams. Preparation owns the original declared request and its return mapping; no routing or default client.
images
Bounded image calls with explicit progress. There is no implicit retry.
memory
models
Bounded full-directory collection and typed cross-vendor return mapping. Collection always begins at the first page. Vendor cursors stay private to the selected upstream; no cursor is renamed into another vendor’s token.
responses_ws
Native Responses WebSocket turns over a single host-authenticated connection.
video
Explicit video invocation, resource publication and durable job bindings.

Structs§

ConversionEdge

Enums§

JsonInvocation
HTTP errors retain their original body and metadata for the operation’s concrete error converter. A non-2xx response is never a transport error.

Constants§

CONVERSION_EDGES

Functions§

conversion_targets
Targets that can serve source, in table order.
invoke_empty
Send one request with an empty HTTP body and decode its JSON success body. This is suitable for models/files GET operations; () is not encoded as JSON null. Non-2xx bodies are returned untouched, as with invoke_json.
invoke_json
Send exactly one already-prepared, typed target request. This helper neither routes nor retries. Dropping its future cancels further adapter work; any upstream side effect remains subject to that operation’s recovery contract.
