Expand description

List of formats available for stencil textures.

You are strongly advised to only use I8.

Stencil textures are a very recent OpenGL feature that may not be supported everywhere. Only I8 is supported for textures. All the other formats can only be used with renderbuffers.

Implementations§

source§

impl StencilFormat

source

pub fn get_formats_list() -> Vec<StencilFormat>

Returns a list of all the possible values of this enumeration.

source

pub fn to_texture_format(self) -> TextureFormat

Turns this format into a more generic TextureFormat.

source

pub fn is_supported_for_textures<C>(&self, context: &C) -> boolwhere C: CapabilitiesSource + ?Sized,

Returns true if this format is supported by the backend for textures.

source

pub fn is_supported_for_renderbuffers<C>(&self, context: &C) -> boolwhere C: CapabilitiesSource + ?Sized,

Returns true if this format is supported by the backend for renderbuffers.

impl PartialEq<StencilFormat> for StencilFormat

source§

fn eq(&self, other: &StencilFormat) -> bool

1.0.0 · source§

fn ne(&self, other: &Rhs) -> bool

This method tests for !=. The default implementation is almost always sufficient, and should not be overridden without very good reason.
