Machine-local durable data root.

GCX_STORE_PATH is the explicit application override. Otherwise the native platform data directory is used ($XDG_DATA_HOME on Linux and ~/Library/Application Support on macOS). Existing macOS installations in ~/.local/share/gitcortex continue using that location until moved.
