Pure in-degree centrality over Calls edges — shared by tour.rs (which
uses it to rank entry points) and find_god_nodes (which surfaces it
directly as named hub detection, GitCortex’s no-LLM answer to what other
tools call “god object” / “god node” detection).
Label propagation community detection — GitCortex’s no-LLM answer to
Graphify’s Leiden clustering. Deliberately a simpler algorithm: label
propagation has no objective function to optimise (just “agree with your
neighbours”), so it’s cheap, has no extra dependency, and is easy to keep
fully deterministic — a hard requirement for a tool whose entire value
proposition is “same input, same answer, every time.”
Guided-tour generation — deterministic graph traversal that picks the
“important” symbols of a repo (or of a seeded subgraph) and orders them so
a reader can walk through the codebase top-down.
