§GIBBER-LINK — Ambient Zero-Trust Link Layer
This crate is a top-level name claim for the GIBBER-LINK™ link-layer substrate within the BCCCOP™ protocol family. It intentionally contains no functional code.
GIBBER-LINK provides the link-layer substrate for ambient zero-trust
handshakes across heterogeneous transports (BLE, Wi-Fi, ultrasonic, NFC).
Its persistent ultrasonic sub-channel for micro-attestation is named
tinnitus.
