Module watcher 

Dynamic system-profile watcher for hot-plug hardware detection.

SystemProfileWatcher monitors OS-specific sources for hardware changes (GPU hot-plug, driver install, memory change) and publishes updates via a broadcast channel so downstream subsystems can re-tune.
