Module system_profile 

Unified system profile: single source of truth for host capabilities.

SystemProfile consolidates all hardware/runtime detection previously scattered across host.rs, runtime.rs, and backend_registry.rs. Every platform probe feeds into one struct, and downstream code converts it into the legacy RuntimeProfile / BackendInfo shapes as needed.
