Specifies the traffic density to use when calculating commute time.
DepartureTime(TimeOfDay)
The departure time used to calculate traffic impact, represented as [google.type.TimeOfDay][google.type.TimeOfDay] in local time zone.
Currently traffic model is restricted to hour level resolution.
