Lifecycle design support. This module grants no execution authority. Wire validation, protected host verification and durable storage are required before this state model can be connected to an engine.

- Protected installation snapshots. No process execution, daemon access or authority minting. Callers must keep/revalidate held descriptors through spawn.
- journal
- Lifecycle evidence journal. No process execution or old-lease conversion. Only the private durable store may publish a record or issue dispatch tokens.
- state
- Pure lease transitions, not a journal or evidence verifier. The caller must validate evidence and persist before dispatching effects.
- wire
- Strict lifecycle wire facts. No I/O, journal, authorization tokens or effects.
