Probes one exact, absolute launcher without inheriting the parent process environment. The returned value contains no child output, environment values, launcher path, or command line. Windows accepts an exact .exe only; command-script wrappers degrade to raw passthrough instead of adding a shell interpreter to this probe path. The deadline covers launcher fingerprinting, child execution, capture, and the post-execution identity check.
