Pure provider adapter contracts and implementations.

Role: adapter shell logic without OS authority. Owns: revisioned adapter definitions and pure provider parsing/building. Exports: adapter registry and family-specific pure adapters. Forbidden: async, locks, channels, process, filesystem, database, network, credentials, and product presentation policy.
