Type Alias Loader

pub type Loader<I, O> = dyn Fn(I, CancellationToken) -> LocalBoxFuture<'static, O>;

A type-erased async operation: an input and its cancellation token in, a local future of O out. Reads use Loader<K, Result<T, E>>.
