invalidate

Function invalidate

Source
pub fn invalidate() -> Result<()>
Expand description

Drop the in-memory cache and delete the persisted profile on disk. The next populate call (fuel-tensor’s populate_dispatch_table, which runs the Judge and calls store) will re-run the probe + judge from scratch.

Use this when an external change has invalidated the existing profile — driver upgrade, BLAS library swap, OS update — and you want the next measurement to reflect the new state. Without this call, cached would keep returning the stale in-memory table and a redundant populate call would no-op because of its idempotence guard.
