One entry of the coverage diagnostic: (backend, op, operand dtypes).
Named rather than spelled out because the bare 3-tuple appears in a return
position where it was unreadable, and #[allow(type_complexity)] would
have asserted the tuple is fine as-is. It is not — the alias is the fix and
the lint was right.
NOT BindingKey: that name is already a distinct pub enum in this
module (Static / …). The compiler caught the collision; the lesson is
that a type alias introduced for a lint still needs a name check.
