Builds the Material 3 baseline type scale from base (its style/color/align are preserved on every token; size/weight/ letter_spacing/line_height/family are all Material-specified — family is overridden to the bundled Roboto Flex stack regardless of base, see this module’s “Family: Roboto Flex” doc section for why).
