Register the running executable’s anchor: the address of its __frust_hotpatch_anchor
function, taken as a function pointer (__frust_hotpatch_anchor as usize).
Call it once at startup, from the main executable’s own code. Until it is called with a
non-zero address, apply_patch refuses with
PatchError::AnchorUnresolved before loading anything.
A later call replaces the registered address.
