The strip program of the manual family specialised for class:
STRIP with every //#if block whose feature class does not keep, and
the IMAGE_SAMPLER arm, blanked out.
PaintClass::Uber keeps every class feature, so the kill switch
(FRUST_ENGINE_UBER_PROGRAM) compiles STRIP with only the sampler arm
and the directive lines blanked — line for line the program the engine
shipped before the classes existed.
