Foundation crate of FlashRaw: structured errors, bounds-checked zero-copy byte access, high-throughput bit pumps, Huffman decoding, TIFF/BMFF container parsing, sensor-domain value types, and the RawDecoder contract that every format implements.

Most users want the flashraw crate instead.
