The randomness of the note commitment

Re-randomization of the public key
auth_path: Vec<Option<(E::Fr, bool)>>
The authentication path of the commitment in the tree
anchor: Option<E::Fr>
The anchor; the root of the tree. If the note being spent is zero-value, this can be anything.
