Shared production executor for immutable vNext model programs.
Model families provide semantics and weights; backend compositions provide typed operation providers and a device runtime. This executor owns the remaining product lifecycle: compile once, initialize once, dynamically admit exact live work, submit immutable-plan waves, and retire resources only after a terminal fence.
