• Chainable RuleBuilder<T> supporting required, email, min_length, max_length, numeric_range, regex, and custom rules.
• Automatic WCAG 2.1 AA compliant input rendering with accessible ARIA attributes (aria-invalid, aria-describedby), :focus-visible ring indicators, and SVG alert icons.
• Multi-step FormWizard component with step-gated validation preventing premature advancement.
