ProTranslate localization integrated with FerroUI’s native property and binding systems.
Services and UI objects are owned by the UI thread. Configure a
TranslationBindingSource explicitly, then use TranslateExtension or the
attached properties on Translation. Cross-thread producers must post culture
changes to the UI dispatcher; no UI object is made Send or Sync.
Structs§
- FExtension
- Concise alias of
FormatExtension. - Format
Extension {pt:Format Key, Value={Binding Amount}}: combines culture refreshes with changes of the bound argument through FerroUI’s native multi-binding engine.- TExtension
- Concise alias of
TranslateExtension. - Translate
Extension {pt:Translate Key}: a native one-way binding that follows culture and service changes.- Translation
- Native attached localization properties. Culture and direction inherit through FerroUI’s inheritance tree. Each target owns its subscription and the callback holds only a weak target reference.
- Translation
Binding Source - A replaceable translation service shared by native bindings and attached targets.
- Translation
Service - UI-thread-local convenience entry point shared by native XAML consumers. Applications that need isolation can attach a source to a subtree instead.
Statics§
- ASSEMBLY
- ProTranslate’s shared XML namespace, also available in FerroUI’s default namespace.
Functions§
- register_
types - Registers native property metadata and markup extensions for both runtime and compiled XAML. Registration is idempotent and needs no loader modifications.
