The ESPC penalty-resolution loop on the PDDL3 metric path (see crate::espc). Opt-in via FF_ESPC (any value); it engages only when the compiled task carries once-only conditional-achievement deadline pairs (openstacks-shaped domains) — otherwise the plain metric B&B runs regardless of this flag.
