A video driver dependent system event (event.syswm.*)
The SDL_SYSWMEVENT
event type is disabled by default, you can enable it
with SDL_EventState
.

§type_: SDL_EventType
Should always be SDL_SYSWMEVENT
timestamp: u32
In milliseconds, populated using SDL_GetTicks
.
msg: *mut SDL_SysWMmsg
driver dependent data.
