Provides platform-agnostic storage interface for genome persistence:
- Desktop: File system storage
- WASM: IndexedDB storage (implemented in feagi-wasm)
This trait allows FEAGI to work seamlessly across platforms without hardcoding platform-specific storage mechanisms.
